As we scale, we are looking for a sharp, hungry business development professional to drive our next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a pure revenue role. You will own the full business development pipeline from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new clients. You will work directly with agency leadership and be the face of Three Percent Collective in the market. If you thrive on targets, love the hustle of building relationships, and can translate a brand's pain into a compelling agency pitch, this role is for you.
What You'll Own
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business leads across industries with a focus on brands looking for digital agency partnerships
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Develop tailored pitch decks, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the creative and strategy teams
• Identify new market opportunities, categories, and verticals for agency growth
• Represent Three Percent Collective at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
• Own accounts from close to growth acting as the client's go-to contact while actively spotting opportunities to expand scope and revenue
• Work with leadership to define pricing strategies, service packaging, and deal structuring
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates
What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, and client servicing preferably within a digital agency, media, or marketing services environment
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, social media, performance marketing, content, and branding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confident, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup agency setup
• Strong existing network of brand marketers, CMOs, or decision-makers is a plus
• Mumbai-based or willing to be based out of Mumbai
Good to Have
• Experience selling to D2C brands, startups, or mid-size companies
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Prior experience at a digital/creative/performance agency
