Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO professional with hands-on experience in both eCommerce and lead generation websites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical, on-page, and off-page SEO skills, along with practical knowledge of modern platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends like LLM-based SEO (AEO – Answer Engine Optimization).
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic
- Perform keyword research aligned with business goals (transactional + informational intent)
- Optimize website content for search engines and users (on-page SEO)
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes
Platform Management
- Work hands-on with CMS platforms like Shopify and WordPress
- Optimize product pages, category pages, and landing pages
- Ensure proper site structure, URL hierarchy, and internal linking
Analytics & Tools
- Monitor and analyze performance using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console (GSC)
- Microsoft Clarity
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- HubSpot (for lead tracking and CRM integration)
- Track KPIs such as traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI
Technical SEO
- Handle indexing, crawling, and site health issues
- Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals
- Implement schema markup and structured data
- Manage redirects, canonicalization, and duplicate content issues
Content & AEO (LLM SEO)
- Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and LLM-based search systems
- Create content strategies aligned with featured snippets, FAQs, and conversational search
- Work on semantic SEO and entity-based optimization
Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute link-building strategies
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and partnerships
- Monitor backlink profile and remove toxic links
eCommerce & Lead Generation Focus
- Optimize funnels for both:
- eCommerce conversions (product visibility, CTR, sales)
- Lead generation (forms, landing pages, CTAs)
- Improve user journey and conversion rate from organic traffic
Manager-Specific Responsibilities (3+ Years)
- Lead and mentor the SEO team
- Develop long-term SEO roadmaps and growth strategies
- Coordinate with content, development, and paid marketing teams
- Present performance reports and insights to stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and client accounts
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and algorithm updates
- Hands-on experience with Shopify & WordPress
- Proficiency in GA4, GSC, GTM, MS Clarity, and HubSpot
- Experience in eCommerce & lead generation SEO
- Knowledge of AEO / LLM-driven search optimization
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Good to Have
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript understanding
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) knowledge
