Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO professional with hands-on experience in both eCommerce and lead generation websites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical, on-page, and off-page SEO skills, along with practical knowledge of modern platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends like LLM-based SEO (AEO – Answer Engine Optimization).

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  1. Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic
  2. Perform keyword research aligned with business goals (transactional + informational intent)
  3. Optimize website content for search engines and users (on-page SEO)
  4. Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes

Platform Management

  1. Work hands-on with CMS platforms like Shopify and WordPress
  2. Optimize product pages, category pages, and landing pages
  3. Ensure proper site structure, URL hierarchy, and internal linking

Analytics & Tools

  1. Monitor and analyze performance using:
  2. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  3. Google Search Console (GSC)
  4. Microsoft Clarity
  5. Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  6. HubSpot (for lead tracking and CRM integration)
  7. Track KPIs such as traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI

Technical SEO

  1. Handle indexing, crawling, and site health issues
  2. Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals
  3. Implement schema markup and structured data
  4. Manage redirects, canonicalization, and duplicate content issues

Content & AEO (LLM SEO)

  1. Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and LLM-based search systems
  2. Create content strategies aligned with featured snippets, FAQs, and conversational search
  3. Work on semantic SEO and entity-based optimization

Off-Page SEO

  1. Develop and execute link-building strategies
  2. Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and partnerships
  3. Monitor backlink profile and remove toxic links

eCommerce & Lead Generation Focus

  1. Optimize funnels for both:
  2. eCommerce conversions (product visibility, CTR, sales)
  3. Lead generation (forms, landing pages, CTAs)
  4. Improve user journey and conversion rate from organic traffic

Manager-Specific Responsibilities (3+ Years)

  1. Lead and mentor the SEO team
  2. Develop long-term SEO roadmaps and growth strategies
  3. Coordinate with content, development, and paid marketing teams
  4. Present performance reports and insights to stakeholders
  5. Manage multiple projects and client accounts

Required Skills

  1. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and algorithm updates
  2. Hands-on experience with Shopify & WordPress
  3. Proficiency in GA4, GSC, GTM, MS Clarity, and HubSpot
  4. Experience in eCommerce & lead generation SEO
  5. Knowledge of AEO / LLM-driven search optimization
  6. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
  7. Strong communication and reporting skills

Good to Have

  1. Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  2. Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript understanding
  3. CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) knowledge
