Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented individual to support digital marketing and lead generation efforts. This role blends marketing execution with business development, focusing on generating, nurturing, and converting leads for both eCommerce and service-based (lead gen) businesses.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Research target audiences, industries, and decision-makers
- Support outbound campaigns (cold emails, DMs, etc.)
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in executing campaigns across SEO, social media, and paid ads
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content, creatives, and campaigns
- Help in optimizing landing pages and campaigns for better conversions
CRM & Tools Handling
- Manage and update lead data in CRM tools like HubSpot
- Track lead stages, follow-ups, and communication history
- Assist in setting up basic tracking using tools like:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Client Communication
- Initiate conversations with prospects via calls, emails, or social media
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
Market Research
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor strategies
- Identify new opportunities for outreach and partnerships
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, ads)
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Good research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach
For Experienced Candidates (1–2 Years)
- Experience in lead generation or inside sales
- Hands-on experience with tools like Lusha, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Understanding of sales funnels and conversion strategies
- Ability to independently manage outreach campaigns
